This policy explains what personal data GlantzFX handles when you visit this website, follow us on Telegram, message us, or join the VIP group, and what rights you have.

What we handle, and why
When you visit the website
The website uses no cookies, no analytics, and no tracking. Fonts are served from our own site, so nothing is fetched from Google. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and basic browser information to deliver the page and protect it against attacks. We do not receive or store that information.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
When you join the free Telegram channel
The free channel is a broadcast channel. As channel owner we can see a member list with Telegram names and usernames, but we do not copy, export, or use it for anything else.
When you message GlantzFX on Telegram
We see your Telegram name, username, user ID, profile picture, and the messages you send. Our support bot, GlantzFX Support (@glantzfx_bot), keeps a short record of each conversation on our own computer: your user ID, name, language, how far the conversation has come, and messages waiting for a reply. New messages are passed on to Frederik.
Some replies are sent automatically by the bot. Ask, and you will always get a straight answer about whether you are talking to the bot or to a person.
Legal basis: answering your enquiry at your request (Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in replying to messages (Article 6(1)(f)).
When you book a call
To book a call you use our booking page at Cal.com, where you enter your name, email address, and the time you choose. We use it only to hold the call and follow up on it.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before an agreement (Article 6(1)(b)).
When you are a VIP member
We keep a list of VIP members (Telegram name, username, and user ID) so we can give and remove access. [How access is granted: partner broker account or payment. Fill in what data we receive.]
We never ask for your trading account password, card details, or deposits. If anyone claiming to be GlantzFX asks for them, it is not us.
Legal basis: our agreement with you about VIP access (Article 6(1)(b)).
When you follow or message us on Instagram or X
Instagram (Meta) and X decide how their platforms handle your data. We only see what the platform shows us, such as your profile and messages, and use it to reply.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. These providers handle data for us or run the platform you choose to contact us on:

When data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, this is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
- Telegram conversations and the bot's records: 12 months after the last message.
- Booking details: 12 months after the call.
- VIP member list: as long as you are a member, and 12 months after.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive it in a common format. Write to [email] or message us on Telegram. We reply within one month.
Complaints
You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark, datatilsynet.dk, or to the data protection authority in your own country.
